Ms. Manroe established PinPt. in 2001 and has since provided consulting in the areas of marketing, advertising, research, fund raising and events. Past and present clients include Garden Ridge, Cadbury Schweppes North America, (Brands Dr Pepper, 7UP and Hawaiian Punch), Jo-Ann Stores, McDonald's, Terminix, Nokia, Verizon, The Dallas Morning News, Interstate Batteries and The Lance Armstrong Foundation (LIVESTRONG brand).
The Dallas Marketing Group
Ms. Manroe was Vice President & Consultant for DMG, a 25-year old consulting group with national clients such as HJ Heinz, Coca-Cola and Texas Instruments. Ms. Manroe developed many business and communication plans, helping companies such as Publicis Advertising, Breathe Rite Nasal Strips, Garden.com and Nortel define their core competencies and focus their messages. She also designed and executed many national research studies, and raised over ten million dollars via enhanced vendor coop programs.
Cadbury Schweppes North America
Ms. Manroe directed national marketing for Dr Pepper, 7UP and all other Cadbury Schweppes company brands. Responsibilities included strategic planning for the entire foodservice division and all trade communications. Ms. Manroe also developed national promotions for top US foodservice organizations, including McDonald’s and 7-Eleven and worked closely with the company’s retail division to develop the first set of programs with company-wide advertising synergy. This included extensive work in developing local store marketing programs.
Ms. Manroe was account supervisor and the senior-level client contact for the national Lennox Industries/Heating & Cooling account. She led the development and implementation of local advertising plans for over 300 independent dealers.
Ms. Manroe led the account service team for many successful advertising campaigns, most of which re-positioned or introduced brands in both the retail and packaged goods sectors. Additionally, she led the development of large-scale vendor events for Venture Stores and helped realign their vendor program to generate millions of incremental coop dollars. She was also instrumental in the introduction of IronKids Bread, the first entry in the now-sizable grocery kids’ bread category.
ConAgra, Inc. – Poultry Division
Ms. Manroe was responsible for concept development and in-market testing of all new products under the Country Pride fresh poultry brand. She also managed their multi-million dollar retail co-op-advertising program
